Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer at Sporting Syndicate, your primary role will be to join the Maintenance Department and contribute to the efficient operation of our machineries. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on various types of machineries such as CNC, Laser, Lathe, VMC, Hydraulic, etc. - Implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S practices to enhance equipment performance, safety, and organization. - Maintaining detailed maintenance documentation for reference and analysis. - Managing critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. - Training and educating team members to uphold high standards of maintenance practices. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Ideally, 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company. - Strong academic background with good grades. - Eagerness to learn new engineering processes. - A professional and systematic work approach.
