Job Description

Position Overview:

Looking for a Sales Engineer – Mechanical to join our growing team and help expand our presence in Gujarat. This is a client-facing role involving business development, customer engagement, and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and engage with customers to present company solutions and product concepts.
  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
  • Travel across Gujarat to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Identify and develop new market sectors and dealer networks.
  • Lead and guide junior engineers to achieve targets and team goals.
  • Manage existing dealer relationships and ensure business growth.
  • Achieve sales and performance targets as assigned.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in sales within industries such as pharmaceuticals, dyes, or utilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle dealer networks and develop new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel and learn company products and concepts.
