Mechanical Design Engineer (Packaging Machinery)

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in packaging machinery for a full-time on-site position located in Pune. Responsibilities include designing and developing innovative packaging machinery, creating detailed technical drawings, conducting product reviews, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams for project execution and applying CAD tools to develop and refine machine designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering, Machine Design, and Mechanical Engineering
• Strong expertise in Product Design with a focus on packaging machinery
• Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating technical drawings and models
• Problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to design challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge or experience in the packaging machinery industry is advantageous
