About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and detailing packaging machinery, automation systems, and special purpose machines. The role involves developing precise 3D models, creating manufacturing drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient packaging equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and detail 

  assemblies and sub-assemblies

   for packaging machines, fixtures, and automation equipment.
• Create accurate 

  3D models

   and 

  sheet metal designs

   using SolidWorks.
• Develop design tables, solid models, and complete engineering documentation.
• Prepare 

  manufacturing drawings

   with correct tolerances and GD&T standards.
• Perform engineering calculations to ensure robust, efficient designs.
• Collaborate with production, purchase, and marketing teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Ensure designs comply with quality, safety, and performance standards in packaging machinery manufacturing.

Requirements & Skills

• Proficiency in 

  SolidWorks

   and 

  AutoCAD

  .
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in packaging machinery design will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to produce accurate, clear technical drawings and documents.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
