Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturing clients, and system integrators.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate automation products/solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products/services to prospective clients.
Work closely with the design and technical team to offer custom solutions.
Create cost estimates, commercial proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
Handle negotiations and close sales orders.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report sales activity to management.
Attend industry expos, technical meetings, and customer visits for lead generation and relationship building.
Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and mechanical design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic CAD understanding is preferred.
Local market knowledge in Pune and surrounding industrial areas is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client visits, site evaluations, and product demos.
