Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer 

Location: Noida (Only Local Candidates)

 Experience: 4–8 years

 Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (No Diploma)

 Academic Criteria: Minimum 60% throughout (Mandatory)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in the Fan domain and plastic product design. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Creo and Windchill, along with a consistent record of stability and excellence in design engineering within the automotive or small appliances industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and assemblies in the fan domain.

Lead product design projects involving plastic components using Creo.

Manage product lifecycle and design data effectively using Windchill.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, testing, and quality) to ensure feasibility and performance of designs.

Conduct tolerance analysis, design validation, and support prototype development.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, design best practices, and company quality guidelines.

Identify opportunities for design improvements, cost optimization, and performance enhancement.

Required Skills and Experience:

Mechanical Design Engineering expertise with a focus on fan domain.

Proven experience in plastic product design (mandatory).

Creo proficiency: Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience.

Windchill experience: 2–3 years.

Strong understanding of GD&T, DFMEA, and DFM principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Stable career background demonstrating consistent performance and long-term association with past employers.

Preferred Industry Background:

Automotive or Small Appliances industry experience preferred.
