Position: Mechanical Design & Analysis Engineer
Main job Location: HyderabadTimings: 09:00 AM –6:30 PM (Monday - Friday)Package: 3 LPA – 4 LPAWorking Mode: Full TimeExperience: 2-3 YearsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience with rotating mechanisms, gear design, and payload handling. Strong understanding of dynamics, kinematics, vibration analysis, and mechanical tolerances. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and simulation tools Excellent communication and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Analyze payload mass properties (weight, CG, inertia). Evaluate static and dynamic loads during turntable rotation and acceleration. Identify and mitigate issues related to mass imbalance, vibrations, and structural deflections. Select appropriate gear mechanisms (e.g., worm, harmonic, planetary) based on torque/speed/loadrequirements. Coordinate with vendors for gearbox sourcing, fabrication, and tolerance analysis. Support mechanical integration of motors, drives, and slip rings with the turntable base. Conduct mechanical risk assessments and suggest design improvements. Collaborate with our electronics and control team to ensure mechanical-electrical compatibility. Nice to Have: Exposure to RADAR or antenna positioning systems. Familiarity with slip rings, rotary joints, and electromechanical system integration. Vendor coordination and BOM creation experience.
Minimum Service Agreement: 2 Months Training + 24 Months FTE.
