We are seeking a detail-oriented and
technically skilled Mechanical cum Draftsman to support mechanical
design, maintenance planning, and documentation activities at our manufacturingfacility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accuratemechanical drawings, assisting the maintenance team with equipment documentation,and coordinating with vendors and internal teams for fabrication and projectexecution.
Skills Required:
Education: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical
Engineering or Draftsmanship.
Experience: 7 8 years of experience as a
mechanical draftsman, preferably in a process plant, fertilizer, feed, or
chemical industry.
Proficient
in AutoCAD (2D) and familiar with 3D modeling software (e.g.,
SolidWorks, Inventor preferred but not mandatory).
Sound
knowledge of mechanical components, fabrication processes, and technical
drawing standards.
Ability
to read and interpret mechanical layouts, P&IDs, GA drawings, and
equipment manuals.
Strong
attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
Good
communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity
with basic mechanical maintenance and plant utilities will be an added
advantage.
