JD:

• Expediting & Coordination

• Arrange and participate KOM
• Track and expedite engineering drawings, materials, and equipment for assigned packages.
• Track and expedite manufacturing clearance, monitor manufacturing status and prepare progress report
• Coordination with QA for inspection and IRN
• Coordination with project team for Dispatch Instruction
• Ensure timely delivery of items such as piping, pipe fittings, HVAC systems, rotary equipment, instrumentation and controls, cables, transformers, and other electrical components.
• Coordination for IMIR/GRN/vendor Invoice booking
• Joint visit of critical / LL package vendors office / factory by PM & Project engineer
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and delays.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, progress reports, and vendor commitments.
• Prepare and update expediting status reports for management review.

• Vendor Management

• Monitor vendor production schedules and shipping plans.
• Coordinate inspections, quality checks, and logistics as required.

• Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all materials and equipment meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Support adherence to contractual terms and project timelines.
