Job Description

Design and develop HVAC systems for petrochemical, chemical, power plants, onshore substations, control rooms, industries, IT server rooms, and other applications.
Conduct heat load calculations, select and design equipment, and create piping designs for HVAC systems.
Develop technical specifications, cost estimates, and basis of design documents for HVAC systems.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, instrumentation engineers, piping engineers, and process engineers to understand project requirements.
Review vendor offers, provide technical recommendations, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Guide draftsmen in preparing HVAC drawings and shop drawings, including D&IDs, AFDs, and GAs.
Prepare SOW for HVAC contractors and coordinate with HVAC vendors.
Perform ventilation calculations for various industrial applications and develop BOQ, material requisitions, tender specifications, and drawings for the HVAC system, issuing them to vendors for offer.
Evaluate vendor offers technically and recommend solutions; check and coordinate drawings and documents submitted by vendors to align with project requirements.
Interface with other services in the plant and conduct site visits to coordinate installation activities, troubleshooting, ensuring timely deliveries, and preparing vendor drawings.
Offer innovative solutions and demonstrate/convince stakeholders on proposed solutions.
Handle one or more projects independently, ensuring timely delivery within budget and schedule while maintaining quality standards.
Continuously improve methods and lessons learned to optimize client value and quickly assess/recommend solutions regarding HVAC issues.
Ensure compliance with company values.
