MDM - manager

Min. 10-15 years of professional experience in Master Data Management domain.

• Experience in managing Master Data management Projects (requirement gathering, assessment, blue

printing/design, implementation, transformation)

• Designing strong solutions for Master Data management based on domain knowledge and hands-on

experience in various MDM tools.

• Proven cleansing and maintenance experience of these MDM data domains such as Customer, Vendor,

Material and Finance.

• Develop and execute data migration projects including mapping documents, data extraction,

transformation and loading (ETL, LTMC etc.,).

• Strong knowledge of SAP data structures, tables, SQL and data migration processes.

• SAP Functional knowledge understanding overall SAP system structure & Tables and relationships.

• Multi-tasking Master Data Expert & Development opportunities within MDM services.

• Should have a detailed understanding and knowledge on Master Data Governance process and tool.

• MDM Strategy & Data Cleansing Strategy Development, Data harmonization and Data Cleansing

management.

• Provide functional requirements for development of governance workflow process development

• Developing/ participating in new solutions, tools, methodologies, strategies in growing MDDM Practice

• Work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and

facilitate data management and migration.

• Should be able to drive a project implementation from Due diligence to the final signoff from the client

and should also maintain the SLAs, on an agreed upon basis.

• Excellent presentation, effective communication and maintaining professional relations with the Client

and internal Infosys stakeholders.

• Represent the company in key client presentations across the globe to explain the different elements of

the solution - value proposition, business benefits, commercial models etc.,

• Project collaboration: Work effectively both independent and as a member of cross-functional teams.
