Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To ensure data is captured correctly of Vendors and Customers and validated with requisite supporting documents before the records flowing into the MDM system for all creation, editing, blocking and unblocking.
  • Registering new Vendors and any amendments in Vendor’s details with proper validation process.
  • To ensure TAT (Turn Around Time) is adhered.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of verification and controls around the master data.
  • All approvals, including exceptions if any, are captured on the portals and available for retrieval / analysis / reporting thereafter.
  • To ensure that there are no deviations / exceptions made without proper prior approval in writing.
  • Provide periodic MIS reports

Required Skill Sets

  • Strong working experience in Advance Excel.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word.
  • Working experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Well communicator and a team player.
