Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of MDM governance frameworks aligned with regulatory and business requirements, including KPIs and performance metrics. Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, reduce manual errors, and increase operational efficiency. Oversee master data integration across global systems, ensuring consistency and alignment throughout Amgen's operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding IT, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operationsto ensure MDM processes meet business objectives. Manage key MDM projects such as system upgrades, process optimization, and data cleansing efforts. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, GxP) and internal data governance policies. Serve as an MDM subject matter expert, providing leadership on best practices and strategic guidance across departments. Demonstrate expertise in SAP and enterprise data tools (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica) to lead integrations and improve data operations. Utilize advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to deliver insights and support strategic decision-making. Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, effectively guiding cross-functional teams and presenting data strategies to senior stakeholders. Preferred knowledge in SAP S/4, SAP TM, and project management, with a strong foundation in data governance principles. Display key soft skills such as initiative, analytical thinking, multitasking, teamwork, and strong presentation capabilities in global virtual settings.
