Description We are looking for a talented MD365 Technical/Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on both technical and functional aspects. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to MD365. Configure and customize MD365 applications to meet client needs. Provide functional and technical support for MD365 solutions. Conduct training sessions for end-users on MD365 functionalities. Assist in the development of documentation for system configurations and processes. Participate in project planning and execution to deliver solutions on time. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience with MD365 applications. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities and modules. Proficient in data migration and integration techniques. Experience in configuring workflows, dashboards, and reports in MD365. Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or C# is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
