Required Qualifications - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree. - Completion of an accredited residency in General Surgery. - Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic or Congenital Heart Surgery. - Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery. - 5+ years of clinical experience in cardiovascular surgery. - Proficient in robotic surgical techniques and minimally invasive procedures. - Track record of successful patient outcomes in complex surgeries. - Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. - Familiarity with electronic health record systems. - Demonstrated ability to conduct clinical research. - Experience in teaching medical students and surgical trainees. - Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.,
