Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through
lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research
.
Promote and sell company offerings such as
software solutions, IT services, ERP products, web/mobile applications, cloud solutions
, etc.
Develop and execute
sales and marketing strategies
to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the
sales pipeline
, qualify prospects, deliver product demos, and prepare proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing team to run
digital campaigns, social media promotions, email marketing
, and events.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Prepare
sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards
for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of
software solutions, ERP systems, cloud technologies, or IT services
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful deals.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Email Marketing) is an added advantage.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
