MBA Internship – Sales & Lead Generation

We are seeking dynamic MBA interns to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, client interaction, and market research. The intern will actively contribute to business growth by identifying potential customers and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and generate new leads through various online and offline channels.
• Assist the sales team in prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Maintain and update the lead database/CRM with accurate details.
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track and follow up on leads.
• Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation activities.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Development specialization preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of sales and lead generation concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
