This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to strategic initiatives and company growth objectives, aligning with the CEO's vision for business expansion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the sales & marketing team in business development activities, including lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in India and global regions. - Assist in creating marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels. - Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client communication material. - Track and analyze campaign effectiveness & pipeline progress in collaboration with the sales team. - Collaborate on brand-building activities in local and global markets. - Participate in strategic discussions and projects aligned with the CEO's vision for business expansion. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management. - Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal). - Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace. - Analytical mindset with research and data interpretation skills. - Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude. - Passion for technology, HR Tech, and business growth. - Willingness to work in US shift (night shift - IST).
