Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs.
• Handle employee queries and provide support for HR-related issues.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in Human Resources (HR) 2024-2025 batch from a recognized university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Updated resume.
• Passport-size photographs.
• Photocopies of academic certificates and mark sheets.
• Valid ID proof (Aadhar card, PAN card, etc.).
