Job Description

Are you an MBA (Sales/Marketing) graduate eager to start your career in Corporate Sales?


This is an excellent opportunity to begin your journey in B2B sales with one of India’s leading IT solutions companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities for IT products and services (e.g., Networking, Hardware, Cloud, Security Solutions).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT proposals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Share regular sales reports and customer feedback with the management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and client needs.
  • Mandatory:

    Report to the office daily before proceeding to client meetings.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    MBA in Marketing/Sales (Batch 2024–2025 preferred).
  • Experience:

    0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in B2B/Corporate Sales, especially in the IT solutions space.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with in-person role based at

    Okhla Phase II, New Delhi

    .


Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC:

    ₹3,00,000 Fixed + ₹50,000 Variable Incentives (Performance-Based).
  • Tenure-Linked Housing Support:

  • If the candidate stays within a

    3–4 km radius

    of the office (PG/Flat),

    50% of rent will be reimbursed

    upon successful completion of 1 year with Radiant.
