Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate and motivated fresher Master Teachers to teach the students of grades 1-10. This position offers an exciting opportunity for new educators to grow and contribute significantly to students' academic journeys. You will be responsible for delivering expert-level instruction, developing engaging curriculum content, and working collaboratively with fellow educators in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct Live Classes: Deliver interactive online classes for students.
● Curriculum & Content Development: Design engaging curriculum, lesson plans, and interactive PowerPoint presentations to facilitate effective learning.
● Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs): Communicate with parents to discuss student progress, provide valuable feedback, and offer strategies for academic support.
● Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a motivating and supportive virtual classroom that encourages student participation and academic growth.
● Mentorship & Collaboration: Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching strategies, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

● This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about teaching and eager to start their teaching career.
● A strong understanding of subjects.● Ability to create engaging and interactive virtual classroom environments.●Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage students in an online setting.

Work Details:

● Location: Visakhapatnam (In-office Role)
● Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week

Compensation:

● Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
● Salary Range: INR 3 -8 LPA
