Position Title: Part-Time Maths Mentor

Location: NNIIT (Work from Online)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 5 hours per day, 6 days a week

Post-Probation: Pay revision based on performance

📌 Role Overview:

We’re urgently hiring a passionate and experienced Part-Time Maths Mentor to guide and mentor students preparing for IIT-JEE Mains & Advanced entrance examinations. The mentor will conduct daily mentoring sessions, clarify doubts, and help students strengthen their mathematical foundations and problem-solving abilities.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online/offline Maths mentoring sessions for IIT-JEE Mains & Advanced aspirants.
• Provide personalized 1:1 or small-group academic support to students.
• Identify students’ learning gaps and strengths, offering targeted academic feedback and improvement plans.
• Prepare, assign, and evaluate practice sheets, mock tests, and problem-solving assignments.
• Resolve student queries, clarify conceptual doubts, and teach advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with the academic team for session planning, content review, and reporting.
• Maintain consistent records of student performance and share actionable insights with the operations team.

📌 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have experience in IIT-JEE Mains & Advanced preparation — either as a mentor/educator or personal competitive experience.
• Strong command over Class 11 & 12 CBSE Maths syllabus and competitive exam problem-solving strategies.
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching/mentoring experience in Maths for IIT-JEE preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, clarity in teaching, and ability to engage and inspire students.
• Flexible and committed to a 5-hour daily schedule (6 days a week).

• Starting Pay: ₹15,000 per month

• Potential for future full-time conversion or senior mentorship positions based on merit
