Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule materials efficiently for smooth production line operations.
Control and manage material flow within production lines to avoid bottlenecks.
Execute sequencing and trigger-based material planning to ensure timely availability.
Track material movement accurately across all stages of production.
Monitor and manage End of Production (EOP) and Start of Production (SOP) activities.
Oversee change management processes and obsolescence control for materials.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor Turnaround Time (TTAT).
Plan and manage spares availability to minimize downtime.

Competencies / Skills:

Technical / Functional:

Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems for material and production planning.
Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Behavioral:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
