Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Material Manager to handle material procurement, inventory, and logistics for residential construction projects in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: * Source and procure construction materials within budget and requirements. * Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts. * Manage inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock. * Ensure timely material delivery to project sites. * Conduct quality checks on all materials procured. * Monitor material costs and adhere to budgets. * Collaborate with project teams and provide updates to management. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * 2+ years of experience in material management for residential construction. * Knowledge of construction materials and market trends. * Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools.
