Material handling (Line supply / receiving )

Receiving & Storing Materials:

Supervise Material Receipt: Oversee the receipt of materials, ensuring they are checked

for quality and quantity against document

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper storage conditions 

Documentation: Ensure all materials are properly documented and tracked using inventory management systems

Line Supply:

Material Distribution: Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines according to schedules (Zero line stop)

Coordination: Coordinate with production teams to understand material requirements and adjust supply accordingly 

Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor the efficiency of material supply processes and implement improvements 

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of warehouse operatives, providing training and support

Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper handling of hazardous materials 

Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, material usage, and team performance 

Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise in the warehouse or production line,

escalating when necessary
