Master Planner Project Management Office

As a Master Planner at EY, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing comprehensive master plans for large digital transformation programs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective program execution by monitoring performance and maintaining integration across various project plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a comprehensive master plan methodology for large digital transformation programs and making it operational. - Creating a detailed master plan and work breakdown structure to facilitate effective program execution, identifying sequencing and interdependencies between different activities. - Monitoring overall program and project performance, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery and adherence to objectives. - Maintaining the master plan and ensuring integration with project plans across all workstreams to track project timelines and milestones effectively. - Managing critical path activities to ensure timely delivery of projects and defining program-level dependencies across different workstreams. - Supervising the implementation of third-party software for master plan management, utilizing tools like MS Online and MS Project effectively. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to: - Manage multiple critical projects, driving project planning activities and stakeholder management. - Communicate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with 5-10 years of relevant project management experience. - Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in using project management software such as MS Project and MS Project Online.
