As a Customer Lifecycle Marketer at GoSats, your role is crucial in ensuring every user maximizes the value of our platform and builds a long-term savings habit. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and managing the entire customer lifecycle marketing strategy using tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, or Mixpanel. - Developing and executing automated onboarding flows, engagement campaigns, and churn-reduction sequences. - Segmenting the user base to deliver personalized communication and offers that drive specific actions. - Running A/B tests on messaging, timing, and channels to continuously improve key metrics. - Analyzing campaign performance and user behavior to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement. - Working closely with the Product and Data teams to ensure a cohesive user experience and leverage data for smarter campaigns. To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-5+ years of experience in a CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing role for a B2C mobile app. - Hands-on expertise with at least one major marketing automation platform, with MoEngage and CleverTap being preferred. - A data-driven approach with a strong understanding of user segmentation and cohort analysis. - A user-centric mindset and a passion for understanding user psychology and behavior. - Excellent copywriting skills to craft compelling messages for different channels.
