Master Data Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Design, document, and optimize data and master data flows between applications in the existing IS landscape, ensuring consistent data usage across systems.
• Define the architecture of new data flows within the targeted IS application environment, acting as a subject-matter expert for data and master data integration.
• Organize and oversee the maintenance of master data in global MD systems, ensuring proper synchronization and utilization across Robotics applications.
• Establish and lead a cross-functional master data governance framework, collaborating with Process Owners and key stakeholders to drive accountability and data quality.
• Advise and support business and IS stakeholders on data interpretation and usage for multiple business purposes, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Support data migration and transformation activities linked to ongoing IS and digitalization projects.
• Contribute to the data as a product model by introducing structured, scalable service delivery for Robotics stakeholders.

Your background:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience in data architecture, master data management (MDM), or information systems integration within a global, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes (CRM, ERP, MD systems, data warehouses) and data flow design.
• Proven ability to define governance structures, regulations, and processes for data management across multiple functions.
• Experience supporting data migrations and transformations in large-scale IS projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.
• A proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset; comfortable working in a changing technological environment.
