Job Description

As a Management Trainee in Master Data Management at Genpact, you will be responsible for working on Master Data Management and SAP MM. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Understanding priorities based on client requirements and adhering to purchase procedures within spend limits. - Managing requisition backlog and ensuring timely release of purchase orders to suppliers. - Creating RFX documents and collaborating with suppliers for low-value purchase completion, along with preparing comparatives in RFQ/RFP documents. - Conducting price negotiations manually or through e-auctions. - Coordinating with various partners to secure approvals when required. - Overseeing multiple partners such as category managers, requestors, and inventory control. - Resolving and managing operational issues with suppliers, requestors, and category buyers. In terms of qualifications, we are seeking the following from you: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline. - Extensive experience in this field. - Proficient in English language skills (both verbal and written). Preferred qualifications: - Prior experience in Master Data Management and SAP MM. Please note that this full-time position is based in Gurugram, India.
