As a Master Data Administrator at Wood in Gurgaon for Finance Delivery Support, your role involves: - Maintenance of Wood Approved Customer data. - Project Maintenance in Oracle. - Acting as the point of contact for all Customer information changes. - Understanding the Legal contracts and types of contract. - Quality checking information received internally and externally. - Collaborating with the Commercial team to gather all necessary information for Customer Setup and Project setup. - Verifying Customers" official documents. - Ensuring compliance with the Wood Code of Conduct, statutory and legal requirements, processes, and procedures. - Promoting safe working practices and demonstrating safety commitment. - Embodying Woods vision, values, and behaviours. - Working within the Wood Financial Management Framework. Qualifications: - Graduate, preferably in Commerce. Job Specific Experience: - Ability to manage remote facilities and jobsite personnel. - Proficient in collecting and researching data. - Skilled in generating creative solutions. - Capable of developing workable implementation plans. - Adaptable to dealing with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Personal Attributes: - Excellent communication skills are crucial. - Strong organizational skills. - Effective in building working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients. - Very strong attention to detail, critical for role success. - Hands-on experience with Oracle is an additional advantage. - Possess good Analytical & Logical reasoning skills.
