Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Marketplace Executive. The Marketplace Executive will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing product content, monitoring marketplace performance, and ensuring the accuracy of product data across various digital platforms. The daily tasks will include collaborating with different teams to enhance product visibility, performing market research, analyzing sales data, and resolving any issues related to product listings. The role requires attentiveness to detail, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of marketplace trends, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing product listings and optimizing product content
• Skills in performing market research and analyzing sales data
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling product data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
• Knowledge of marketplace trends and customer service principles
• Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and product management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Retail or eCommerce sector is a plus
