REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related fields. Proven experience managing end-to-end campaign execution, from design to deployment. 3+ years of experience years of hands on coding emails (HTML/CSS) Background API integrations and automation scripting, is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous improvements in marketing performance. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and development teams to define and implement campaign solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the requirements gathering, campaign design, solution architecture, development, and deployment of marketing automation initiatives. Execute and optimize Marketo campaigns and other digital marketing tools to enhance customer experiences. Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation platforms and upstream/downstream systems, troubleshooting issues as needed. Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing automation programs using data-driven insights. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, automation best practices, and emerging technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
