Role Overview:

Demand Gen Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Own lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, webinars, gated content, events).
  • Collaborate with the SDR/BDR team to create effective messaging and assets.
  • Track MQL SQL conversion and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Build and manage prospect databases (ZoomInfo, Clearbit enrichment).
  • Run email nurturing campaigns to re-engage cold leads.
  • Support ABM campaigns for top 100 target accounts.

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation.
  • Proven track record generating MQLs that convert to SQLs.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, email nurture campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with attribution and ROI metrics.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.

KPIs:

  • Volume: 100-150 MQLs/month.
  • 30%+ MQL SQL conversion.
  • Campaign ROI >3x.
