Job Description

Ad Specialist

This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, performance-driven, and eager to grow in the digital marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
.
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research for each campaign.
Prepare and share campaign proposals and budgets with clients.
Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure the lowest possible CPL and highest conversions.
Create compelling ad copies, creatives (coordinating with the design team), and landing page suggestions.
Track and report campaign metrics leads, conversions, impressions, CTR, and ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Skills Required

Strong communication & presentation skills.
Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Basic knowledge of SEO, SMM, Website Marketing, and Analytics tools.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
Negotiation and client-handling skills.

Education

Any degree or diploma is acceptable.

Freshers with strong communication and interest in digital marketing are welcome.
