Marketing Technology Specialist

As a Marketing Technology Specialist at our company based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for owning our MarTech stack, building custom solutions, and enabling smarter, data-driven marketing. If you possess both marketing and engineering skills, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce. - Build custom landing pages, microsites, and campaign tools using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Develop APIs and backend integrations to connect CRM, CDP, and analytics systems. - Automate workflows, lead scoring, and campaign processes. - Support data pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Tableau/Looker/Power BI. - Knowledge of Zoho Ecosystem or willingness to learn in a short span of time. Key Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing ops, or full-stack development. - Strong coding skills in Frontend (React/Next.js, JS/TS) and Backend (Node.js, Python). - Hands-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform. - Solid understanding of CRM systems, analytics, and integrations. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Familiarity with personalization, SEO/SEM, or paid media tech. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.
