As a Marketing Strategist at Copods Design Technology Solution LLP, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that align with our clients' business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and managing Copods social media strategy by conducting thorough research, creating platform-specific plans, designing messaging frameworks, and profiling target audiences. - Strategically planning and creating engaging content such as text, images, and videos daily to enhance brand affinity and customer relationships. - Creating and distributing content across various channels including social media, blog articles, e-newsletters, and web pages. - Collaborating with copywriters, designers, and internal teams to maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics, campaign results, and industry trends to continuously refine and optimize the strategy. - Engaging directly with clients to tailor social media strategies based on their brand voice, objectives, and market positioning. - Developing and presenting creative pitch decks for client campaigns and new business opportunities. - Managing multiple brand mandates across sectors with a focus on B2B marketing strategies and tone differentiation. - Staying updated on digital trends, tools, and technologies to suggest innovative ideas for enhancing content performance and audience engagement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media strategy, account management, or digital marketing. - Expertise in content creation, campaign planning, and performance analysis. - Understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to manage multiple brand voices and client mandates. - Strong communication skills, storytelling ability, and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
