Job Description

As a Marketing Manager - Express, India, DME Digital at Adobe, your role is crucial in developing, executing, and optimizing the India DME Digital Express marketing strategy to achieve the business's ambitious goals. You will work as part of the APAC Marketing team and play a significant role in driving awareness, consideration, and conversion for Adobe Express in the Indian market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Formulate and deliver the marketing plan for India to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion for Adobe Express. - Lead and implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Media, PR & Social, Lifecycle Marketing & Adobe.com. - Manage marketing/brand partnerships to ensure maximum impact for Adobe. - Drive marketing innovation and creativity by applying audience insights and marketing analytics to achieve business targets. - Manage forecasts and budgets for marketing programs and report on marketing performance against defined metrics. - Play a key role in quarterly business and marketing reviews to senior team members, defining the narrative for Express marketing in India. **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrated track record of delivering significant business growth through digital marketing programs. - 8+ years of progressive B2C digital marketing experience with a deep understanding of digital marketing in India. - Experience with co-marketing, brand partnerships, and managing full-funnel campaigns. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - Clear communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership. - Exceptional critical thinking and the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies. - Customer-first approach and the ability to understand customer needs and motivations. - Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Relevant bachelor's degree required; knowledge of Adobe products highly desirable. - Fluent spoken and written English, additional languages for India highly desirable.
