Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, located in the Greater Chennai Area with some work from home acceptable. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and promoting the company's products and services. Daily tasks include creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies to improve results, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to enhance overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
• Skills in Sales and promoting products and services
• Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization techniques
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in culinary or related industries is a plus
