About L&D Nexus:

L&D Nexus is a bilingual, AI-powered corporate training marketplace designed for the UAE and MENA region. We are on a mission to transform the Learning & Development ecosystem by connecting organizations with world-class training solutions.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can handle the entire marketing function end-to-end and drive our growth strategy. This is a part-time role with a stipend of ₹4,000 – ₹8,000 INR per month, with the potential to convert into a full-time position based on performance and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies aligned with business growth goals
• Drive business development and partnerships through marketing initiatives
• Manage social media platforms (content creation, posting, community engagement)
• Create and manage content across various channels (blogs, campaigns, newsletters)
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
• Promote L&D Nexus across multiple digital and offline channels
• Track and report marketing performance metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, HRTech, or startups
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end marketing independently
• Strong experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management
• Skills in SEO, digital marketing tools, and analytics
• Ability to design and execute strategies for partnerships and growth
• Must have the required skills, tools, and resources already in place to deliver effectively
• Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven
