Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and assisting in sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, creating promotional materials, managing customer relationships, and supporting the clinics marketing campaigns to increase patient engagement and clinic visibility.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
• Proven success in Digital Marketing initiatives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
