Job Description

Support various creative requests on behalf of marketing (community support ads, speaker SMSI).
Draft Sprout Social (social media) posts.
Support biography and headshot management.
Produce PowerPoint for marketing programs.
Support marketing budget management with invoice coding and monthly budget reconciliation.
Produce marketing reporting/internal communications.
Provide SharePoint site development and maintenance support.
Perform annual accounting lists reporting for business journal book of lists.
Review external membership renewals, confirming correct logo, Moss Adams description, and website URL, etc

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools
Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proactive, self-driven, and highly capable of taking initiative and working independently.
Strong general research searching skills
