Job description Hidemen Group is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives for four B2C E-commerce leather brands. Main goals include being able to drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and optimize the digital customer experience for our leather accessories brand for USA consumers. Daily tasks include coordinating digital marketing campaigns to meet team deadlines and implement new strategies. Managing 4 Shopify stores to optimize listings & SEO, new product listings, coordinate website changes and optimization with graphic designer, performance marketing specialist and social media/content coordinator. Also managing 2 Amazon and 3 eBay storefronts. Analyzing market trends and competitor research to align brands with current market. We need a well versed marketing specialist who is able to get many different tasks done or ind the right person to do so. This candidate needs to be able to execute tasks on their own and meet deadlines independently. Role & responsibilities 1. Shopify Website Optimization: Responsible for adding new product listings and adding A+ listin content on the backend of Shopify. Optimize the user experience journey for 4 e-commerce website. Collaborate with web development teams to implement changes that improve website performance and usability. Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. SEO experience is a bonus. 2. Oversee the consumer experience on Amazon and Ebay storefronts. Suggest and implement the brands on new platforms such as getting the brand ready to sell on walmart.com. 3. Digital Campaign Coordinator. Work directly with founders, performance marketing specialist, graphic designer, and social media manager to implement campaign deadlines such as holiday sales and new product launches. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and af iliate marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions. Design and edit graphics for web, print, and digital platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and presentations. 4. Brand Development: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to reine marketing strategies. Provide reports to founders when asked such as pricing analysis, competitor trends and market reports. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use data insights to make informed decisions and continually optimize marketing campaigns for better results. 6. Brand Management: Marketing Strategy in accordance with Brand Identity. Understand the target audience and position accordingly in market. Preferred candidate profile 1. Experience related to Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other E-commerce platforms in the USA. Must be familiar with US-based consumers and trends. Must have experience with US-based e-commerce companies. 2. Must be located or willing to travel to the office in Gurgaon. Currently working from home and full-time in office in the next 6 months. 3. Preferred Postgraduate in Marketing with a Minimum of 5 years of Experience. 4. Equipped to manage website creation and handling on the backend of Shopify. 5. Able to work in US timings, if required, and well-versed in communicating in English. 6. Ability to collaborate on projects with a smaller team and directly with founders. 7. Can complete Competition and Trend analysis research for brand development for US based competitors. 8. Eager to work closely with the leadership team to align the company's vision and mission with E- commerce goals. 9. Experience working and executing tasks independently without the need for motivation from team members.
