Role & responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Own the marketing calendar, ensuring timely campaigns across channels.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

• Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
• Lead product launches, brand-building initiatives, and customer engagement campaigns.

• Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising efforts.
• Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance (ROI, conversion rates, engagement).
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.

• Content & Branding

• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling marketing assets.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and business development teams to align marketing with revenue goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing.
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

  (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience in

  B2B marketing

  (especially technology, SaaS, or IT services) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to

  develop strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
