Role Description We are seeking a Full-time Marketing Specialist for an on-site role located in Siliguri. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns, and communicating effectively with team members and clients to drive brand growth and customer satisfaction. Identify and onboard B2B clients including hotels, spas, gifting agencies, distributors, and retail partners across Gujarat. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic business development and relationship management. Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions to demonstrate the quality and benefits of our offerings. Develop and maintain a robust client database , ensuring continuous follow-up and repeat orders. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate gifting drives. Generate and share weekly sales reports, competitor insights, and market feedback with the head office.
