Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing

As a Performance Marketing Manager at PhonePe, you will be responsible for owning the growth marketing for multiple areas within a broader function. Your role will involve driving performance marketing activities through various channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook Manager, Preburn Partnerships, and Networks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, generate insights, and work on a holistic approach to problem-solving will be crucial. Your strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset will be essential in influencing stakeholders and driving data-driven decision-making initiatives. - Own the entire acquisition strategy and marketing activities, focusing on driving performance marketing through various channels - Collaborate with business, product functions, analytics, marketing product, design, compliance, and finance teams for end-to-end planning, reporting, and execution - Work with the analytical team to generate new insights, identify problems, and suggest realistic solutions with ROI and impact analysis - Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor selection, management, and pricing decisions - Apply the right analytical approach for solving problems and influence stakeholders to drive initiatives and data-driven decision-making - Be an integral part of the pod strategy and go beyond being a marketing counterpart Qualifications Required: - Engineering or MBA graduate from a Tier 1 college - 2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing or any analytical roles - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Understanding of attribution mechanism, event tracking, product integrations, and optimization frameworks - Basic understanding of data structure, storage, and flow across engineering systems - Familiarity with performance marketing principles, A-B frameworks, and time series analysis - Experience in running Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and IOS search Ads is preferred - Experience with third-party attribution tools such as Appsflyer/Singular/Adjust - Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and ad fraud prevention is a plus,
