Marketing Sales Representative

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Visit automobile parts dealers within the assigned territory (10-15 dealer visits per day).
  
• Promote products and drive sales of focus parts.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
  
• Process orders through the mobile application.
  
• Quickly learn product numbers and enhance product knowledge across all segments.
  
• Submit timely reports and updates; proficiency in the local language is essential.
  
• Coordinate and report to the Field Parts Engineer.
  

Job Requirements

• Qualification

  ITI / Diploma ( Mechanical Or Automobile) Candidates with knowledge of automobile sales or service preferred.
  Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply.

  Not eligible:

  BE/BTech/MBA.

• Age:

  Below 30 years.

• Location:

  Preferably from the base location; otherwise willing to relocate.

• Two-Wheeler:

  Preferred.

• Travel:

  Willing to travel 100-150 km for approximately 15 days per month.

  Actuals (Bus ticket / Sleeper class train ticket).

• Hotel Stay:

• Non-Metro: Max 1,000/day
  
• Metro: Max 1,250/day
  

• Stay with Relatives:

  200/day

• Batta:

• Non-Metro (with stay): 500/day
  
• Metro (with stay): 700/day
  
• Same-day travel (no stay): 175/day

Career Growth

MSR/MTR employees will be considered for a full-time role as Field Parts Engineer after 2-4 years, based on education, performance, potential, and role availability.
