Marketing Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for our company through phone interactions with customers. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone to introduce them to our products and services following provided scripts - Address customer queries and provide information about our offerings - Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales deals - Coordinate with the field sales team as necessary - Maintain accurate customer records in the database - Process orders efficiently and accurately - Handle customer complaints with professionalism to uphold the company's reputation - Strive to meet sales targets and lay the groundwork for future sales opportunities - Document call details, sales outcomes, and relevant information Requirements and skills: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role - Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets, preferably via phone - Proficiency in using relevant computer applications such as CRM software and telephone systems - Ability to quickly grasp product/service knowledge and convey it clearly to prospects - Excellent command of the English language - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Resilient and capable of handling rejection with a composed demeanor - Skilled in negotiation, issue resolution, and complaint management If you possess strong communication abilities and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we invite you to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai.
