Your Mission

1. Work in a fast-paced, legacy fashion brand environment to ensure brand communication and marketing strategies are executed flawlessly.
2. Develop and implement

   brand positioning strategies

   that reinforce Vichitra’s heritage and aspirational value.

3. Manage all external and internal communications

   , ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across channels.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with

   media, influencers, and fashion stylists

   to secure impactful brand coverage.
5. Coordinate, create, and organize marketing collaterals such as press kits, campaign stories, lookbooks, and social content.
6. Lead

   brand campaigns

   for new collection launches, collaborations, and seasonal activations.
7. Manage the brand’s

   social media presence

   with a focus on storytelling, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
8. Plan and execute

   events, exhibitions, and trunk shows

   , ensuring brand identity and experience are elevated at every touchpoint.
9. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and media coverage, providing actionable insights to improve brand visibility.

Your Story

1. You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
2. You are a strong storyteller with excellent communication skills and an eye for aesthetics.
3. You have a deep passion for Indian textiles, heritage crafts, and the evolving fashion landscape.
4. You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to bring innovative branding ideas to the table.
5. You possess strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns seamlessly.
6. You have previous experience (or internships) in

   PR, brand communication, or marketing in the fashion/luxury sector
