Our client offers premium online courses, workshops, and certification programs, tailored specifically for senior executives, corporate decision-makers, and experienced professionals, with a primary focus on the US market . Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute digital marketing and sales strategies that drive rapid growth across both B2C (experienced professionals) and B2B (corporate clients) segments. Build and Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and results-oriented execution. Expand Brand Presence effectively in the US market, enhancing visibility, engagement, and conversion rates through targeted digital campaigns. Leverage AI-Driven Tools and Methodologies (full training provided) to significantly enhance marketing efficiency and sales effectiveness. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 10–15 years in Digital Marketing, Sales, or related roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields strongly preferred. Skills: Proven ability to craft and execute successful marketing strategies in international markets, ideally with experience targeting US audiences. Strong track record in digital sales channels, particularly online courses, professional training, workshops, or similar products. Exceptional team-building, leadership, and communication skills. AI Readiness: No prior AI experience required; comprehensive AI training provided. Candidates must demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm toward adopting AI solutions.
