Job Description

Position:

Marketing Executive

Industry: Edible Oils (Soya Refined, Palm Oil, Groundnut, Cottonseed Refined)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our diverse customer base, including namkeen and snack manufacturers, confectionery makers, paint industries, grocery stores, semi-wholesalers, and institutions. The role involves promoting our range of cooking oils, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development:

Identify and approach potential customers in the relevant sectors.

Expand the customer base by exploring new markets and opportunities.

2. Sales and Promotion:

Promote our cooking oils (Soya Refined, Palm Oil, Groundnut, Cottonseed Refined) to targeted customers.

Provide product demonstrations, samples, and technical information as needed.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

4. Market Research and Reporting:

Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Provide feedback and suggestions to management for product development and marketing strategies.

5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments for timely order execution and issue resolution.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Knowledge of cooking oil products and their industrial applications (preferred).

Basic understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales and marketing

(experience in edible oils or FMCG is preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively.

Salary:

Competitive and based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
